Your website's legal pages.

Every coaching website needs Terms & Conditions and a Privacy Policy, and your texting number can't be approved without them. Answer a few questions and we'll build them, plus a plain-language Coaching Information page, from the NOWFit template, written to pass carrier (A2P) review and mention your NOWFit app. You can use it as is, ask for changes, or send us your own. It saves as you go.

Your Business

Who your clients are agreeing with. This appears on all of your pages.

The name clients know you by, e.g. Beyond Bod Fitness.
Exactly as it's registered, e.g. "Beyond Bod Fitness LLC". If you're not registered as a company, put your full legal name. Use the same name you use (or will use) for your texting registration.
It's listed on your pages so people can reach you. A PO box or virtual mailbox is fine if you'd rather not show your home.
Usually the state or country where your business is registered, e.g. "the State of Texas" or "England and Wales".
The domain your pages will live on, e.g. beyondbodfitness.com. If we're still setting it up, put the one you want.
Shown on your pages for privacy requests, help and refunds. A business address works best.
If you have a dedicated business number, or the texting number we set up for you, add it and it'll appear on your pages. No business line? Leave it blank and we'll leave it out.

Texting & Email

Phone carriers read your website before they approve your texting number.

To text leads and clients from a business number, carriers require an A2P registration, and they reject it if your website's terms and privacy policy are missing specific wording (opt-in, STOP and HELP, message rates, and a promise not to share mobile numbers). The NOWFit template includes all of it automatically. These answers just make it accurate for you.
Leave blank to use your brand name.
Pick everything that might apply. Carriers can block messages that aren't listed. If you skip this, we include all of them.

Coaching & Payments

So your terms match how you actually run things.

Pick all that apply.
One per line, e.g. "Weekly check-ins with personal feedback", "Custom training plan", "1:1 messaging in the app".
e.g. "the Small Steps Method, a 6-chapter framework focused on sustainable change".
Your branded NOWFit app, e.g. "Beyond Bod". Leave blank and we'll say "our coaching app".
Write it how you'd explain it to a client. We'll tidy the wording.
Some places have extra privacy rules, so we add the right section. Pick all that apply.
For example the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel, Google Analytics or a TikTok pixel. If you run paid ads to your site, the answer is yes.
For example: faith-based coaching that's always optional, pre and postnatal clients, or a specific program people sign up for.

Your own pages still need to pass carrier review, so please check they include: how people opt in to texts, what you'll text about, "Message frequency varies", "Message and data rates may apply", reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help, that consent isn't a condition of purchase, and this sentence in the privacy policy: "No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes." If anything's missing, we'll suggest the wording to add.

Please read this. NOWFit is not a law firm, and this template is not legal advice. It's a solid, carrier-ready starting point that covers what most online coaches need. Your terms and privacy policy are between your business and your clients, so you're the one who decides what they say. You're always welcome to have your own lawyer review them, before or after they go live.
